The Structure
AYUSH Consultants is highly networked, we feel this network of people is the greatest asset we have acquired in the long run we have taken up all these years. We treat everyone equally and so do not believe in categorising people, we feel the effort of each hand involved in the task we complete is important and many a times irreplicable. We are gratified to proclaim that our interconnected mesh reaches right from the grassroots nearly upto the sky. So we believe AYUSH Consultants is basically a team of teams, however we could classify everyone associated with us into 4 categories, the Ground Teams, the Core Team, the Fellows and the Mentors. Allow us to take you through the structure of this Prolific Omnibus.
The Ground Team
Our Ground Teams consists of people who are designated to perform the tasks assigned to them in a way briefed to them. These teams are carefully recruited by us on a project basis and mostly consist of zealous individuals who desire to get a hands on experience in a particular sector before planning a career in it. This taskforce does the majority of the ground work for our projects. You could be seeing someone from them doing a market survey for your project or following up with a ministry or department for application status or conducting a market research on the prices, accompanying physical goods to be delivered at your end, etc. Though all these in common parlence may be called as “odd jobs” we have “even people” doing it for you.
The Core Team
The Core Team consists of individuals who mainly interact with the client and handle the project, we have a well diversified Core of individuals with diverse backgrounds and a considerable exposure to various segments in the AYUSH sector. Our core ranges from individuals having significant experience in Academics, Clinicial, Medico-legal, Pharma, Management, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Architecture and Liason. This team consists of individuals who will meet you to understand your requirements, interact with you to discuss the available and required resources, chalk out the chronological tasks in the process give expert inputs for the same, identify deliverables, quantify timelines and assess the investment, returns of the project and the charges of the services applicable. They would be overlooking the tasks in the project daily and responsible for updating you with the developments. They would also help you identify the areas which could be accomplished with the help of your own resources or workforce either on their own or with guidance and training and for which no consultation services / extra recruitment may be required.
The Fellows
Fellows are individuals who are closely associated with AYUSH consultants since a long time and consists of individuals who are currently working with various segments in the Sector. All projects are coordinated with at least two Fellows guiding us in behind the scenes. Their guidances many a time suggest us short cuts and alternate ways as well as their out of the box thinking may even frame a totally new approach in delivering the project. They carry a lot of knowledgebase about the shifting trends, happening events and the changing requirements in the sector. Their industry and academia experience brings a lot of inputs to the projects we do and adds value at the same time reduces the requirements of resources.
The Mentors
The Mentors are the most respected in our Team after all they have dedicated their whole lives to the AYUSH Sector. Though we have a handful of them each of them is an institution in his own. All of them have worked with the various segments in AYUSH sector ranging from Pharma, Manufacturing, Clinical Trials, Policy Making, Clinical & Academica etc. and have earned a lot ofreputation and respect in their work areas. Most of them have retired from top notch places in their field and are spending a peaceful life. Mentors guide us on the approach we need to follow on a project. They are seldom disturbed by us but they dedicate their whole time and resources when we are in need.
